*Contract Length : 8 Weeks * *Straight rate (Local)- $76hr on W2 (without stipend)* *Travel rate: $50 on W2 + $1099Weekly nontaxable stipend) $2899(Weekly gross)* *Shift: Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 8:00pm* *Job Description:* * Performs ordered examinations of appropriate anatomical regions in accordance with accepted standards of practice and X-ray and CT protocols of the individual site and reading physician.
* Transports patients to and from the mobile coach/facility.
Maintains patient care, comfort and safety during transport to and from the mobile coach and during the exam.
* Maintains technical competency through ARRT CT registry examination, continued education, participation in hospital competency sponsored training programs.
* Under guidance and approval of site ordering Physician, radiology supervisor and or Radiologist, administers contrast agents and/or radiopharmaceuticals according to site-specific protocols.
* Completes and signs the Patient Screening form and reviews/explains the procedure to the patient.
* Provides images to the facility in the desired site format.
* Maintains confidentiality of all department and hospital information according to established procedures.
* Performs equipment quality checks and troubleshoots problems.
Calls for service and notifies all pertinent team members.
* If applicable, assists with the set up and tear down of equipment in accordance with BGMH and/or manufacturers’ guidelines.
* Maintains a clean environment inside and outside of the mobile coach/facility.
Job Type: Contract Salary: $70.
