Space for storage on your property - $123 (Paradise)

I am looking to rent space on your property to use as storage for a few larger items.
Would need an area of approximately 50 foot by 50 foot.
I would be this space to store a couple boats, a couple vehicals, utility trailers, and possibly a shipping container.
I would prefer a place I can erect a temporary chain link fence using fence panels, also would need a place that I can access easily anytime I need.
As I would be storing my tools used in my buisness.
If you own property that is large enough that it would not be in your way and would like to recieve a couple hundred dollars a month.
This is a good opertunity for you to use your land for profit.
I would prefer it if you currently live on the property as this would add a level of security, that being sead I will not hold you responsible for the contents of the area being used.
This is the reason I want a place I can erect the temporary fencing.
Prefer to find a spot in the paradise area but will consider other areas based on the location and accessibility.
The reason I am seeking storage space is that I am looking to buy and live on a houseboat.
And will be selling the parcel of land locates in paradise.
Therefor will be in need of a place to keep my personal property and buisness equipment.
I can assure you that I am not looking for somewhere to dump a bunch of junk.
Any vehical being stores will be in running condition.
I will keep the area clean and organized and do my best to not let it become a eye sore.
This would be used as sort of a home base, where I can pick up my buisness equipment when needed and drop drop it off at the end of the work day before returning home to the houseboat located on the water.
I am happy to pay a cleaning deposit and to pay for the area a couple month in advance.
This is not a asap situation and I have some time to find the perfect spot.
But I want to have things lined up and ready to go when the time comes.
I run a successful local lot maintenance and weed abaitment company, and would be more then happy to offer my services to the property owners as a good faith gesture.
