Potomac 36’ 5th wheel (North San Juan)

I have a Potomac 36’ 5th wheel on my property that I need gone.
Having trouble getting the slide outs in and the interior is… well, gross—but the appliances and the flat bed and wheels and all that are great.
If you have the skills and tools to turn it into a flatbed and can get it off my property (I don’t), please contact me.
It would be nice to get something for it (if you find value in it), but just having it gone at no cost to me would be acceptable.
It is my Dad’s and he is being moved to an assisted living facility in Texas and that’s gonna cost (so any offer would be really helpful)—I need it out of my hair.
