QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of agricultural equipment.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
* Replace worn or damaged parts, such as bearings, gears, and seals.
* Use computer diagnostic tooling in repairing tractors.
* Utilize torch and welder for basic cutting, brazing, and welding as needed.
* Follow all safety procedures and comply with environmental regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed for service reports, time entry, warranty.
* Other duties as assigned.
