*Shifflet Brothers*, located in Oroville, CA, is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our *Driving Team as Self-Loader Operators.
*
The workweek is Monday – Friday, some Saturday/Sundays of full-time, year-round work, and Emergency Work.
Position Requirement:
· Valid CDL Class A License
· Clean DMV Report
· Minimum of 3 Years of experience driving tractor/trailer equipment.
· Must always be professional with a customer service-driven attitude.
· Have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
· Be able to lift, carry, push, pull 50 pounds, and climb up and down ladders multiple times a day.
· Must be comfortable using smartphones, iPad, apps, and other programs.
· Flexible when overnights are required.
· Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug test after hire.
· Pass a criminal background check.
· Pass a fit for duty evaluation.
Safety:
· Ensure a safe and productive work environment.
· Participate in safety training and accident prevention programs.
· Daily Safety tailboard meetings.
· Comply with all OSHA, DOT regulations, Company AND Customer safety standards.
