Trim my (2) pigs’ tusks (Brownsville)

I have two giant pigs, their tusks are growing crazy into their faces, I personally do not have the skill or knowledge of how to file them down and would love to pay someone to do this and or teach me how to do it.
They’re pets now, but they’re huge meat pigs.
