Acts as lead person over an electrical crew.
Prepares requisitions and enters time for crew utilizing SAP.
Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical equipment used in hydroelectric generating and pumping plants, as well as associated facilities.
Troubleshoots malfunctions of electrical systems and determines corrective actions to be taken.
Must be available for off-peak operations, maintenance, and emergency repairs which may require driving a vehicle on public roads throughout the field division.
Provide training and oversight of apprentices in safe work practices and practical hands-on experience.
Position is designated safety sensitive and subject to substance abuse testing.
Work is on-site to support the State Water Project.
