Job Summary
You will oversee estimating, project planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation for residential homes, renovations & commercial restoration and construction.
Cronic Disaster Restoration and Construction offers a variety of services within the construction field to meet our client’s needs.
This position requires superior sales skills and strong knowledge of project estimation and management procedures.
The successful job candidate will have significant experience in administrative tasks, CRM/Sales Pipeline organization.
Strong communication and delegation skills are necessary as responsibilities will include customer interactions and meetings, interacting from point of sale to project initiation, reporting duties and overall management tasks.

*Top Responsibilities:*
* Sales
* Overall project management and progress scheduling
* Review requested estimation service items within the field, providing photographic/video representation & organized notes with recommendations.
* Review, organize & estimate project blueprints/architectural plan sets.
* Type up sales & estimates to include any necessary pricing, identification, media & project notes to be sent to clientele and the insurance company.
* Meet & interact with customers in the field or office to answer questions & review estimates/sales recommendations.
* Submit, follow-up, & initiate sales & estimate project scopes.
* Coordinate approved sales/estimates with office staff/divisions for scheduling, materials coordination & billing/payment submissions/entries.
* Coordinate materials & site furnishings with vendors for sales projects with availability and deliveries/pickups.
* Manage/organize business email to initiate follow-ups, revisions/addendum's, questions & all customer relations to ensure quality customer service.
* Manage/note project initiation meetings with crews/staff/foremen/supervisors.
* Work closely with vendors/subcontractors to ensure good working relationships, updated pricing, materials availability, & upcoming project quotes.
* Create & maintain change order sales forms.
* Input sales data of bids sent/approved into CRM & sales pipeline system for organization & follow-ups.
* Infield meetings with crews/supervisors/foremen to ensure quality understanding of project proposals.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
