Technician, Repair and Maintenance

\*\**Overview*:\*\* We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our outstanding team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical and mechanical background, as well as possess excellent problem-solving skills.
\*\**Responsibilities*:\*\* - Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems - Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities - Conduct thorough inspections to identify faults and potential problems - Collaborate with all departments to provide support - Utilize low voltage and logic controllers for troubleshooting - Handle HVAC/R systems and other facility related issues effectively \*\**Skills*:\*\* - Customer service-oriented approach \* Work as part of a cohesive team while interfacing with coworkers, supervisors, machinists, engineers etc.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication - Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs - Experience with high (400 VAC) and low voltage systems in automation systems - Understanding of industrial maintenance practices - Ability to analyze technical issues efficiently - Familiarity with logic and CNC (computer numerical control) controllers in automation systems - Knowledge of HVAC/R systems for climate control - Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics for equipment operation and maintenance - Physical; occasionally required to lift 50 pounds and perform various forklift operations to move heavy objects and machinery *Atmosphere and culture*: * Casual, friendly and helpful people (family atmosphere) * Tenure of manufacturing team= 20+ (average) * Plant completely climate controlled (air conditioned all 30,000 sq.
