Maintenance help wanted (Chico, CA)

Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
Skills: - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Looking for a few good workers who are willing to get the job done.
- Must be able to follow directions.
-Attention to details is a MUST.
-We are looking for a few new hires, the position is part-time and is considered seasonal.
MUST have maintenance skills and a great working ethic.
We work Monday through Friday unless we have a big event then weekends are sometimes required.
You MUST have maintenance skills such as landscaping, watering, building cleaning, bathroom cleaning, painting, fence repair and more.
Wages start at $16 hr.
Potential hire will be working four- five days per week for a total of 32 to 40 hours per week.
Please take note this is considered seasonal employment.
