Maintenance Worker/ Property manager

Duties: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery - Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects with external contractors - Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external vendors -Rent collecting - communicating with tenants -writing maintenance orders and assuring they get completed in a timely manner Requirements: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.
