Responsibilities

This includes:
Lead new hire orientation to ensure proper protocols, sales and service level expectations are clearly developed in our newly hired licensed estheticians.
Focus on growth and development of all existing esthetic staff regarding technical skill, protocols, and sales results.
Assist with hiring when needed.
This position is in conjunction to being a working esthetician for company.
Requirements

Must be able to lead according to all services and expectations in adherence to the company Esthetician Training Guidelines.
Coordinate with Management and Skincare Director to ensure regular training visits on relevant topics.
with estheticians and Sales Associates.
Host regular company approved sales training with esthetics staff.
Review training and provide feedback to trainees.
Ability to provide constructive feedback.
Lead will provide all improvement feedback to GM, so that GM can delivery to employees.
