Restaurant Shift Manager

Our Wingstop franchise is now hiring restaurant Shift Managers for immediate hire, team member roles at Wingstop include front of house and back of house work.

Responsibilities: * Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills * Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you’ll be right with them.
* Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer * Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation * Work well with other team members and management.
