On-Site Property Manager

Looking for a highly motivated individual willing to live on-site while receiving a rent discount + hourly wage.
The job requires someone to be close to the job site during business hours to attend to any questions or concerns a tenant may have.
Duties: Must be able to collect rent.
Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies and advertise vacant spaces to attract tenants Must enforce rental contract and negotiate lease contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
Must be able to communicate with area supervisor daily Must be able to prioritize situations and emergencies regarding the property.
Must be able to communicate and have good customer service with tenants and future applicants and maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
Must be able to work hand in hand with Supervisor for the area In charge of cleaning the property laundry rooms, units while vacant and ensuring the units are well maintained by picking up any litter/trash in property.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.
