*Position Summary* Responsible for planning and overseeing the work of the maintenance and sanitation staff.
Ensure safe, clean and efficient operations of the facility.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: · Manage small to medium sized projects · Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities · Implementing and maintaining assets and facility’s Preventative Maintenance · Responsible for the facility’s Janitorial and Sanitation.
· Responsible for implementing, maintaining and ensuring compliance to the organization’s Quality Control and Quality Assurance/Food Safety programs and procedures.
· Maintain and provide leadership for employees through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
· Maintain time or payroll reports, as well as details of personnel actions, such as, hires, promotions, or disciplinary actions · Maintains Maintenance and Sanitation staff by recruiting, selecting and training employees.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Ensures department staff is trained and compliant to the organization’s personnel safety policy and procedures.
· Trained and compliant with organization’s Quality Control and Quality Assurance/Food Safety programs and procedures.
· Trained and compliant with organization’s Safety program.
· Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
