*Harvest Service Technician Essential Functions:* · Travels to customers and/or dealers both domestic and overseas to perform service on shaker equipment.
· Ability to perform complex electrical, hydraulic and diesel engine diagnostics on tree shaker machines.
Complex electrical diagnostic ability.
· Perform repairs in shop or in field depending on season.
· Operates Bodus/PowerMax OS software for programming, operating & troubleshooting the proprietary shaker operating system.
· Perform machine inspections, provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
· Ability to read, write and use a laptop for machine diagnostics.
· Asist in customer machine operation training.
· Maintains service vehicle and tools to top condition.
· Ability to manage onboard parts inventory.
· Accounts for all labor and parts used on a repair in shop or field.
· Follows all safety rules and specific regulations to repair.
· Ability to perform air conditioning diagnostics and repair.
· Maintains a clean service area.
· Strong ability to provide customer service.
· Communicate professionally with supervisors, peers or subordinates, providing information by telephone, written form and/or in person.
· Submit to Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.
o Focus on quality of work performed.
· Represents the company to current and potential customers.
· Demos COE equipment.
· Assists customers with equipment startups.
· Assists customers with assembly of new shaker and shaker accessory equipment.
· May be asked to supervise harvest crews and/or work with contract labor.
· Completes work orders and other service related paperwork.
*Assembly Team Leader Essential Functions:* · Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in assembly.
Handle necessary disciplinary action; Maintain job performance files for evaluating assembly employees; Monitor employee work levels and review work performance.
Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked.
· Inspect, operate, or test subassemblies, components, or equipment for quality control, to verify function and conformance to customer specifications and to detect defects or malfunctions.
· Rework, repair or replace damaged parts or assemblies.
· Verify conformance of parts to stock lists or blueprints, using measuring instruments.
· Fasten or install fixtures, wiring or electrical components using hand tools, power tools or welding equipment.
· Inspect, operate and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities or conformance to customer specifications.
· Attention to quality control, looking for faulty components and mistakes in the assembly process.
*Knowledge Of/Ability To:* · Give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
· Use a number of tools such as: wrenches, files, hammers, power drills, screw drivers, pry bars, shears, wire brushes, stapler, scales, computers and others as required.
· Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
· Analyze information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
· Communicate effectively in English.
· Knowledge of principles for providing customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
· Be a self-starter.
· Troubleshoot.
· Weld/Fabricate metal pieces and parts.

*Typical Physical Activities:* · Must wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, welding mask, protective glasses, gloves and/or hearing protection.
· Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, using lift assistance when appropriate.
· Stands for extended periods of time.
· Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate or assemble very small objects.
Considerable use of arms, legs and moving whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
· Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or vehicle to exact positions.
· Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, twist or reach with body, arms and/or legs.
· Hearing and vision within normal ranges with or without correction.
Ability to see details at close range.
*Environmental Factors:* · Sun Exposure: 40% or less work time spent outside a building and exposed to the sun.
· Irregular or extended work hours: Occasionally required to change working hours or work overtime.
*Experience, Education & Other Requirements:* · 5 years experience as shaker service technician using Bodas/PowerMax OS.
· 5 years experience as Assembler, preferably in a lead position.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
· Valid passport for travel within United States, Chile, Argentina, Mexico.
· Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,120.
00 - $60,000.
