Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and stocking of bar supplies
- Utilize POS system to process customer orders and payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or as a bar manager is preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of food service management, including health and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
