Shift Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts - Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas - Train and develop team members on proper food handling and safety procedures - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise - Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new team members - Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively - Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure excellent customer service - Collaborate with other managers to implement company policies and procedures Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with interviewing, hiring, and training processes - Understanding of hospitality management principles - Knowledge of bartending and beverage service is a plus We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
