*Job Description:*
As the Cleaning Manager, you'll oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of short-term rental properties in Palm Harbor.
Your core responsibility is to guarantee every guest arrival is met with a spotless and inviting environment.
This role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to efficiently manage a team of cleaners.
*Responsibilities:*
- Ensure that protocols are being followed to maintain consistent cleanliness across all STR properties.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for turnovers, ensuring timely and thorough cleaning between guest stays.
- Train, and supervise cleaning staff, providing ongoing feedback and evaluations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and address any issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with internal management to address specific cleaning requirements or guest preferences.
- Handle guest feedback related to cleanliness and resolve any related issues or complaints.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or property management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Familiarity with Airbnb's platform and standards preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
