I’m looking to sublet my office space while I’m on maternity leave.
It’s located in one of the Victorian buildings on Main St in downtown Nevada City.
Sublet to start as soon as possible until about August 1, but I’m flexible as to when it ends.
This 2nd floor room is about 9x10.
In the picture- Behind the door on the left is a built in little kitchenette (electric kettle, microwave, water dispenser, counter, drawers and cabinets with cute old Victorian glass fronts).
On the right out of frame of the picture are a small window and a really large window.
Gets good light.
Bathroom shared with one other office of a talk therapist.
Shared sitting/waiting area on landing.
Very quiet building and looking for someone who will also keep quiet use of the space.
Great for counselors, therapist, massage therapist or someone looking to do remote computer work away from home.
Safe building with nice landlords.
Front door code deadbolt.
Rent includes all utilities and building wide internet that works well.
Heat and air conditioning (thermostat shared with one other room).
Easy to find street parking 1 block away on Coyote St or in parking lot up the hill.
Room can come with some small furnishings (rug, side table, kitchenette) or be offered empty.
