Preschool Teacher

Job description MUST LOVE CHILDREN!!!!! We're looking for a responsible, phenomenal Team member! If you have teaching experience working with preschool or infant / toddler children, we want you to be part of our team.
Duties will include: Instruction * Supervising small groups of children in the classroom and during outdoor play; * Working with Co-Teacher to implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all children; * Supporting children as a facilitator of learning throughout the day; * Modeling positive and appropriate language and behavior; * Assisting Co-Teachers with classroom documentation; * Communicating child concerns and family needs to management * Arriving to your class prepared, on time, and ready to teach.
* Must be able to work a full shift Monday thru Friday * MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK * Set-up and oversee learning centers; * Maintain the cleanliness of classroom space; * Prepare materials and supplies; * Assist children with bathroom needs - this includes diapering and helping with clothing * Leading circle time, story time, and music sessions.
Team Participation * Actively participate in team planning and training Desirable Qualifications * Caring, nurturing provider * Team player – able to work as part of a teaching team as well as work independently * Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
REQUIREMENTS Job Requirements * ECE units (completed and/or on-going) * Infant / Toddler units a plus (completed and/or on-going); * Current vaccination / TB screening; * CPR / First Aid certification; * Live scan clearance * Mandated Reporter training completed * Authorization to work in the US BENEFITS paid holiday after 6 month probation (full time only) Pay is commensurate with education and experience.
