Looking for a roommate for the upcoming spring 2024 semester.
I live in a great apartment less than 1/2 mile from campus and downtown chico.
420/alc friendly but not a partier.
Ideally looking for a current student.
Emmeninties include dishwasher, on lot laundry, balcony, central heat and air conditioning, parking and a hanging inside bike rack.
Move in date would be sometime march.
Rent is due on the first of each month and the security deposit is 520.
Rent is 520 a month.
