Rent is $1,410 which includes water charge for each month.
Deposit is $1,495 and would be paid to me as the property management would release the deposit I paid to you when your lease was over (obviously I would be able to show proof of this).
Lease ends in August but you have the option to renew.
Pet’s allowed.
$500 pet deposit per pet, with $25 pet rent each month, per pet.
If you have a service animal, pet deposit is not required but pet rent still is.
