We are subletting our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with washer & dryer in unit starting as early as March 1st.
The lease ends January 5th, 2025, but the apartment complex always gives the option to renew! This property has never raised our rent in the three years we’ve been here, so your rent very well could remain at $1300 until you move out! Sherman Village is located right next to the library, with an elementary school across the street, keeping the area very mellow! Parking is not assigned, but the lot is large & parking on the street has no parameters.
The kitchen & living room are large & there is a good sized patio right off the dining space.
I've loved the amount of storage space provided, as you not only have a large walk in closet in the bigger bedroom, a normal sized closet in the second room, but also large cabinets in the hallway!
For reference, we have a California King size bed in the main bedroom & a twin size in the second bedroom!

Rent is $1300 a month, plus a $50 flat fee for water.
PETS:
Cats are allowed with a max of 2, dogs are allowed as a service animal, or with correct paperwork.
You'd have to reach out to the complex about the dog, as I don't have all of the details.
We currently have Xfinity, but I believe there's already an outlet for AT&T Wifi, as well.
