Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over a lease as I am moving out at the end of January 2024.
The rent is 695 a month for a 1 br/1 ba apartment right near down town and about a 30 minute walk from campus.
You do have to pay for electricity.
The lease ends July 31, 2024.
