I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting December 15.
The lease ends June 30th, and if there are no issues tenant will have option to renew.
Nice two bedroom one bathroom apartment close to Degarmo Park at a great price in today's market.
I have enjoyed living here for three years and am leaving only due to life circumstances.
Currently I am paying $960/mo, so that is what the future tenant would pay for the remainder of the lease.
I have a storage but there is also an option to inherit furniture/kitchen/appliances.
You will have to pass credit/income check with property managers or have a guarantor/co-signer.
