$600 / 2br - Need roommate immediately (Chico)

In need of a new roommate immediately.
Former roommate left unexpectedly due to a family crisis.
Lease is Month to Month, and no deposit on your end should be necessary, though I recommend making sure with the property management.
The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with a living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony (2nd story).
PG&E and Comcast internet already set up and under my name so I would just need an agreement to split bills with whoever moves in.
The room that is available is completely clean, and since the photos have been taken the closet doors have been reattached.
The bathroom has been fully cleaned within the last week and the rest of the unit will be as well by the end of the month (January).
First come first serve, but any and all applications will need to be approved by the management, not me.
Application process isn’t very difficult, they’ll take almost anyone that can afford it.
But you can move in as soon as possible.
I have the unit completely furnished in the shared areas aside from a living room TV, and I’m willing to allow any potential new roommate access to my cooking ware,dish ware, and appliances.
Basically plug in play and ready to go.
