Hello I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease at the end of the month (November) it’s at redwood cove apartments it’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath with washer and dryer in unit.
Deposit is 400 and rent a month is 650 including Pg&e.
There currently is a roomate in a room he’s really nice and hardly ever home.
This is the bigger room as well.
