We have a variety of 21 different floorplans, so rent prices vary depending upon the floorplan you choose.
We currently have no vacant studios available, and our 1-Bedroom units start out at $850.

Property Amenities: - Secure Facility.
Our exterior building doors lock at 10:00 pm, and a key or door code is required to enter after 10:00pm until 6:00am the next morning.
We also maintain interior and exterior security cameras.

Our building has various access points throughout the building so that accessing the community Wi-Fi is easy from any apartment, or common area.
- Paradise Boutique Apartments offers an elevator for public use, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Library, Gym w/ new equipment, as well as a dog run area and amazing picturesque views.
Rental Requirements: To ensure a welcoming community, applicants must meet the following criteria: - Minimum credit score of 600 - Income at least 2.
5 times the monthly rent (combined for co-applicants) - Clean record with no unlawful detainers or evictions - Successful completion of a criminal and credit background check - Submission of current contact details for all rental & personal references *Co-signer/Guarantor option available for those who may not meet criteria independently.
