Here at Cedar Flats, we offer individual leading, which includes a private bedroom with a connected bathroom, as well as shared kitchen/living room spaces.
We currently only have the 4x4 floorplan available, opening up the chance to make 3 new roommate friends.
Each resident has their own fully furnished private suite.
We provide a full-size bed, stackable 4-drawer dresser, and desk/chair in the bedroom.
You will have tons of cabinet space, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen area.
The common area has been thoughtfully designed to offer a spacious lounge area with all the furnishing including a 50’ Roku smart tv.
Our amenities do not disappoint either, including secure and free bike storage for all residents.
Our other 24/7 accessible amenities include a gym, one of the biggest spa areas around (which has a working barbeque), study lounge, and even a clubhouse for all your party needs!
